What is a typical process like for a working with a new client?

It is my philosophy that each massage should be specifically tailored to every individual client's' needs. They may change day by day & session to session. This is why it is invaluable to honor open communication and discuss what going on in total with your body, mind, and spirit.

Each session will begin with listening to where you are in that moment. What are your physical goals? Are you experiencing pain? Do you have mobility issues or dysfunction? Are you in need of reconnecting with your "self"?


Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy

Should you need to cancel please email &/or call as soon as possible. Cancellations 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service amount. Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will be charged the full amount. Any NO CALL/NO SHOW will also be fully charged for the scheduled service price. We want to work with you and will always do our best to reschedule your appointment. To uphold this policy, a credit card is required on file.
