There exists endless “styles” of massage. It can be challenging to define them, let alone determine what you opt into . It is my philosophy that each massage should be specifically tailored to every individual clients’ needs. They may change day by day and session to session. This is why it is invaluable to honor open communication and discuss what going on in total with your body, mind, and spirit.
Each session will begin with me listening to where you are in that moment. What are your physical goals? Are you experiencing pain? Do you have mobility issues or dysfunction? Are you in need of reconnecting with your "self"?
